Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking: All makeup application services are by appointment only, unless stated otherwise. Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting me via email at: info@tbmakeupartistry.net A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable but is transferable to another appointment if rescheduled within 30 days of initial appointment day. Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe or a no-show will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel within the specified timeframe will be eligible for a partial refund of any prepaid services, excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or modified service, as we may need to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. In the event of extreme lateness, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 1 time before the booking fee becomes non-transferable. Rescheduling requests should be communicated at least a week in advance. Group Bookings: For group bookings, please email info@tbmakeupartistry.net COVID-19 Safety: Clients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have been in contact with a confirmed case are required to reschedule their appointment. Our studio follows strict hygiene protocols. Clients must adhere to these guidelines for everyone's safety. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service.
